Solly Levi: A Different Perspective

Solly Levi is an award-winning fine art photographer. He is based in Brighton but travels regularly to his native Africa. His images capture the fauna and the landscape, often in juxtaposition.

Many of Solly’s wildlife shots are taken from a low angle giving a different perspective and isolating his subject. He also uses a drone for stunning aerial landscapes and totally different views of animal life.

Solly used to think that expensive equipment was necessary to make a good photo but now feels that good composition and a good story is what’s important. His edits have a rich tonality and often an otherworldly feel, all achieved in Lightroom.

Solly runs popular safaris and workshops both in Africa and closer to home in Brighton.
