I was pleasantly surprised by the number and quality of photos that were submitted for this theme. It is such a basic adjective / noun that it would have been easy to dismiss it as a challenge. Indeed, the low turnout at the Theatre Royal for the ‘cuppa’ element made me think that was the case. I need not have worried – this is a nice gallery to savour.
The overall impression from looking at the gallery is one of verdancy, growth, and even joy, perhaps because of the reminder of spring and summer.
