Pathways Monochrome Interest Group, 19 Nov 2021

Another of our fabulous MIG evenings where we focus on monochrome photography. The theme for members’ images this time was ‘Pathways’, and once again members pulled out all the stops, submitting fantastic images for us to enjoy in the form of a delightful audio-visual slideshow, accompanied by Bach’s Cello Suite No. 1 and put together by David Kessel. Do take a look through the images in the gallery below and enjoy the wide variety of different pathways depicted and the range of processing used to create the finished images. Last, but not least, a big vote of thanks to Derek Gould, our guest speaker for the evening, for his entertaining and enlightening talk on using a monochrome camera and quite literally ‘seeing in black and white’.
