Following the success of last year’s end-of-season review sessions, Mike Barnard, a photographer from East Yorkshire, very kindly agreed to return for a second year to critique members’ images. Members were invited to submit up to four or five images for review, with no constraints about fitting within any particular ‘genre’, and unlike competitions, there were no scores or winners.
Members benefited from hearing Mike’s feedback on every submitted image, with the added bonus of members being able to interact with him during his critique of their own images, making it a valuable experience, not just for them but also for other members. We really appreciate the time and effort that Mike put into preparing for the evening, and for his good-humoured comments.
