This was an ‘optional’ Cuppa & Capture as it fell on a public holiday. There was much speculation about how many (if any?) people would submit images for this theme, or whether the appeal of ‘a week off’ would be too strong.
I needn’t have worried. Given the fexibility of the “F” theme, which meant participants could treat it as a chance for fun, with nothing fixed and no firm guidelines, many hardy C&Cers came through with some neat interpretations.
While it is always pleasing to receive images that cast our usual patch of central York in a different light, it is also interesting to see other parts of the county, country, and world.
