Robin Hoods Bay, Victorian Weekend 23 – Photo Walk

This is an opportunity to (re)visit the picturesque fishing village of Robin Hood’s Bay during their annual Victorian themed weekend. The village is a maze of tiny, steep cobbled streets and alleyways with many characterful houses. At low tide there is also the foreshore to explore.

You are sure to find plenty of varied subject matter.  In amongst this are the visitors attending in their splendid replica Victorian attire. Don’t be shy, they love to be asked to have their picture taken.

The walk has been timed to coincide with the Robin Hoods Bay Victorian Weekend. This is an annual event where visitors and residents are invited to dress up in traditional Victorian Costume. There will be Christmas Decorations and music everywhere you go, in the streets, in the pubs, shops & café’s and inside the churches too. There will be arts and crafts, carollers, hand-bell ringers, lucky dips, tombolas, spinning demonstrations, ganseys, mince pies and lots of other surprises awaiting you.

So lots to see and image, really a walk not to be missed.
