Members sharing their love of photography
An updated version of a critique- now not a critique! We’re aiming for members to share their images so that we each get to know each other’s chosen area of photography, be it landscape, architecture, creative, monochrome, or a mix of everything.
If you are a relatively new member, don’t often submit many of your own images or didn’t put any in this year’s exhibition, please could you send a couple of images to Chris so that we can share them on the night.
We will also use images from the exhibition and the author will have the opportunity to talk about their images and answer any questions from others.
The prints from the exhibition will also be available to look at in the interval and then take home afterwards.
The second part of the evening will be in informal small groups round tables, this will be an opportunity to ask questions and get feedback about exhibition images or any others that you are currently working on. Exhibition prints will be available, but you are welcome to bring other prints (or images on tablets, or photo books…) whatever you would like to show the others and hopefully get useful feedback on.
The main idea is to share our love of photography and to get to see other members’ images, especially those we don’t often see. We hope that the icebreaker activity will mean that people will get to know know more about other members’ photography during the evening.
Looking forward to seeing you on the 4th February – the more the merrier!
